Recurring service vs. projects
Recurring maintenance is priced per visit or per month from the scope and frequency. Projects like sod, renovation, pavers or lighting are priced from materials, labor, equipment, disposal and any permits.
What changes a quote
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Property size and layout | More lawn, beds and obstacles take more time. |
| Access | Gates, narrow side yards and HOA hours affect crews and equipment. |
| Scope | Mowing only vs. beds, shrubs, cleanup and irrigation checks. |
| Frequency | Weekly, every other week or seasonal changes. |
| Materials | Plant sizes, sod type, mulch, pavers and fixtures. |
| Irrigation | Adjustments or repairs needed to support new work. |
| Disposal | Hauling away removed plants, sod and debris. |
| Rules and permits | Jurisdiction, HOA standards and any permitted work. |
